Journal Description

Founded in 2022, Journal of Law Review is a double-anonymous peer-reviewed journal published by the Program Pascasarjana Universitas Yapis Papua, Indonesia. Published three twice a year, in June, and December, with E-ISSN 2829-4173. The purpose of this journal is to provide a place for academics, researchers and practitioners to publish original research articles or review articles. This journal provides direct open access to its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public support greater global knowledge exchange. Journal Of Law Review published periodically in February and August The scope of the articles contained in this journal discusses various topics in the areas of : Criminal law, International Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Criminology, Victimology. Reviews are completed with evidence of thoughtful engagement with the manuscript, provide constructive feedback, and add value to the overall knowledge and information presented in the manuscript. Open Access: All articles published in Journal of Law Review Research are published Open Access under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0

In short, the steps are:

    1. Manuscript Submission (by author) (route 1)
    2. Manuscript Check and Selection (by manager and editors) (route 2). Editors have a right to directly accept, reject, or review. Prior to further processing steps, plagiarism check using Turnitin is applied for each manuscript.
    3. Manuscript Reviewing Process (by reviewers) (route 3-4)
    4. Notification of Manuscript Acceptance, Revision, or Rejection (by editor to author based on reviewers comments) (route 5)
    5. Paper Revision (by author)
    6. Revision Submission based on Reviewer Suggestion (by author) with the similar flow to point number 1. (route 1)
    7. If the reviewer seems to be satisfied with revision, notification for acceptance (by editor). (route 6)
    8. Galley proof and publishing process  (route 7 and 8)
